These terms apply to your use of whaleticker.io (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site shows market data, automated risk scores, transaction alerts and news summaries collected from public sources, for information only. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. See the Disclaimer.
2. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; scores and AI-written summaries are automated and can be mistaken; labels may be missing. We do not promise that the Site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your decisions and for verifying information before relying on it. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, including by: overloading or disrupting it; scraping or polling it at a rate that harms other users; trying to access systems or data you are not allowed to; or using it for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.
5. Third-party data and links
The Site uses data from third parties and links to third-party websites (for example block explorers, exchanges and news publishers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. News headlines and excerpts belong to their publishers.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text and logo belong to whaleticker. You may share links and screenshots with attribution. You may not copy the Site or present it as your own.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, whaleticker is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, including trading losses, lost profits or data loss.
8. Changes
We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
